I created this piece to help people heal from all of the horrible events that have been happening since the Covid-19 Pandemic, civil unrest, climate change, and the current state of affairs in America. I was so honored to be asked to participate in the West County Dove Project! I incorporated all the colors of the rainbow in the flying dove form for harmony among all cultures and genders in the world. The floral peace sign in the dove's mouth represents a wish for a new birth of global peace. Music notes and symbols with the words LET IT GO abound. Music has always brought people together. The large orange flower in the upper right resembles the sun. The floral shapes floating in the background bring healing energy and good vibes to people. "Let's just breathe and take in the beauty and wonder of this beautiful Planet Earth."
